These are different resources I've found of things that have been helpful, entertaining, or have otherwise enhanced my life in some way.
I'll add to this as I uncover new informational treasures!
LMNT Electrolyte Salt
I drink this every day because my lil brain doesn't get enough electrolytes. It's tasty and doesn't have a bunch of junk in it. My code will get you a free sample pack with your first order so you can try all the flavors! I'm partial to grapefruit and raspberry.
Volume Control by Jen Butler
A super helpful book for wherever you are on the mood rollercoaster! This book lives on the side table by my bed and is one of VERY few I make notes in - which she has graciously provided pages for.
Healthy Gamer GG
If you've ever watched a mental health video on YouTube, you've probably seen Dr. K. I really like his style. He breaks down the science so it's easy to understand and isn't preachy about it.
MS-specific Resources
She is a physical therapist who specializes in MS. I like how grounded she is talking about the physicality of what a lot of us deal with, and she also provides resources and targeted exercises. She has a podcast that's good too if you like that format better!
He's a neurologist in Ohio who specializes in MS. I like the way he delivers information because it feels informative but not scary.
